This isn't (computer) code. This is poetry written with some symbols that computer languages use. "Code" that can't be executed is of a completely different category than code that can, because this sort of "literary code" is not constrained by the physics of the machine. Properly speaking, I imagine works like this (and their interpretation) would belong to literary criticism, not critical code studies.
